The 2024-25 CSC Training Day Tour at one of our most unusual venues - the Emirates Stadium, home, of course, to Arsenal Football Club and, for the first time, the XTX Markets London Chess Classic.
We had an excellent set of delegates who worked hard throughout the day. It was very good to work again with Brigitta Peszleg, who was the assistant for the day, and also great to finally meet Hari Neocleous, who does so much excellent work, notably with the popular Logiqboard, and the art of continually spreading positivity.
There were guest appearances and input from key members of the CSC Head Office team Malcolm Pein, Chris Fegan and Matt Piper, all of whom enhanced the day.
We were even able to follow game five of the 2024 FIDE World Chess Championship, which was being relayed and analysed on the big screens just over our room's balcony.
