The Return of the International Chess Challenge

Schools in New Zealand have returned to action before they have here in the UK.

That means we can now resume the fascinating game in our international chess challenge.

We last visited the game in April and this was the last position we posted on the blog.

Hutt International Boys' School (New Zealand) v The Links (England)

The Links now played 13 ...Nf6, attacking the white queen.

Hutt International Boys' School replied this morning with 14 Qh4 and we now have this position.
